We probably make the most significant investment we’ll make when we buy our homes. Whether you are buying your first home, upsizing or downsizing at
some point, you will want to improve that space. Finding a reputable experienced supplier who can provide the solution that’s right, is the first step in achieving your vision.
Our profiles can be combined to create the style of window to suit the type of your home. Whether your aim is to expand, refurbish or restore your property to its former glory we can help you.
UPVC Casement Windows are traditional, open out, top or side hung openers. The size and style can be tailored to your openings according to the position of your window and the space available. We also have a wide range of colours for you to choose from:
Our A-Rated window range helps you contain and conserve energy, whilst increasing your home’s value.
To benefit and improve noise insulation, there are multiple chambered uPVC frames, weather seals, and triple-glazing units.
Our high-security windows include multi-locking systems, double locking door handles and more to improve security.
All our frames are tough, they will never crack, flake or go discoloured, saving you money on the upkeep.
If you advance to A-Rated Windows, this will help with the loss of heat through your windows by up to 70%.
We have confidence in our product and are happy to offer a 10-year guarantee on all our installations.
Here’s why we recommend casement windows for energy efficiency:
Superior Sealing: Unlike sliding windows with tracks that can become loose over time, casement windows crank open and shut, creating a tighter seal against the frame. This minimizes air leaks, those tiny gaps that can let warm or cool air escape, forcing your HVAC system to work harder.
Reduced Infiltration: With a strong seal on all four sides, casement windows effectively prevent drafts. This means less hot air sneaks in during the summer and less cold air escapes in the winter, keeping your home comfortable and reducing the strain on your climate control systems.
Working with you to maximize efficiency:
We can also help you maximize the energy efficiency of your casement windows by recommending additional features:
Double or Triple Glazing: Opting for windows with multiple panes of glass filled with insulating gas creates a significant barrier to heat transfer, keeping your home cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
Low-Emissivity (Low-e) Coating: This invisible layer on the glass reflects heat back inside during winter and deflects it outwards in summer, significantly improving your home’s thermal performance.
Warm Edge Spacers: These spacers minimize heat transfer around the edges of the glazing unit, reducing energy loss and further enhancing your window’s efficiency
Maintaining your uPVC and aluminum casement windows is key to their longevity and performance.
uPVC: We recommend cleaning uPVC frames every few months, perhaps quarterly. You can use warm soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. For more stubborn dirt, a specialized uPVC cleaner is a good option. Avoid abrasive cleaners as they can scratch the surface.
Aluminum: We suggest you clean aluminum frames a couple of times a year, or more frequently if you live in a harsh environment. Warm soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge will usually do the trick. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue, and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots. Again, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
You can use a standard household glass cleaner and a clean, lint-free cloth. For particularly dirty windows, you might pre-wash them with warm soapy water. Always dry the glass thoroughly to avoid streaks.
