Providing Dublin residents with the perfect windows for a more comfortable, energy-efficient home.
Bay windows can be found in any room in Victorian homes, but they’re also a popular enhancement for modern homes.
They can be installed anywhere, but bay windows are popular in the kitchens and living rooms of modern homes. Because bay windows offer the option of having two operating windows, the homeowner and guests can enjoy a nice breeze from two directions instead of just one.
Bay Window installation requires expert installers to ensure correct and precise alignment. Our team of expert fitters have over 30 years’ experience installing Bay Windows and have the expertise to turn your window into a focal point in the home. We can design your UPVC Bay Window to your exact requirements.
Bay windows actually consist of three windows, a central window and two side windows which are usually set at 300, 450, 600 or 900 angles. They can be installed anywhere and are sure to become the focal point your room and home and enhance the overall appearance.

Our A-Rated window range helps you contain and conserve energy, whilst increasing your home’s value.
Bay windows increase the aesthetic look of your home both in the interior and the exterior. They bring more light in and make the room look more spacious. The space can be dressed with plants or a seat where you can read and relax.
With the option to open two side windows, there is better air circulation making the room more airy and fresh.
Because they are angled, bay windows bring more light into your home.

Thinking of adding a beautiful bay window to your home? We can help. Here’s a glimpse into the installation process:
Planning Together:
We’ll start with a meeting to discuss your project, confirm measurements, and answer any questions you have. We’ll also take care of protecting your furniture and flooring from dust with drop cloths or tarps. If you have an existing window, our team will carefully remove it for disposal.
Building the Perfect Fit:
Next, we’ll meticulously check the opening in your wall to ensure it’s the right size and perfectly level. Depending on the window, some adjustments might be needed, like framing or reinforcing the opening for a sturdy base.
Bringing Your Window to Life:
With the opening prepped, we’ll carefully maneuver the window unit into place. This might require a team effort for larger windows. Once positioned, we’ll use precise shims for perfect leveling, and then securely fasten the window frame to the surrounding structure.
The Finishing Touches:
To ensure a weatherproof window, we’ll install flashing materials around the frame to prevent leaks. Gaps between the frame and wall will be filled with insulation, and sealant (caulk) will be applied inside and out for a seamless barrier. For bay windows with roofs, our team will expertly construct and install them according to the design. Finally, any necessary trim work will be completed inside and outside, leaving your home looking polished. We’ll then clean up the work area, leaving your space spotless and ready to enjoy your beautiful new bay window.
uPVC and aluminium bay windows are known for being low-maintenance options. Both uPVC and aluminium bay windows typically require cleaning at least twice a year to maintain their appearance and functionality.
Effort Level:
uPVC: Generally considered slightly easier to maintain than aluminium.
Aluminium: Requires a bit more care during cleaning due to its susceptibility to scratches.
Cleaning Frequency:
Cleaning: Both require cleaning at least twice a year, more often in harsh environments.
Lubrication: Both require lubrication of moving parts (hinges, etc.) once a year.
Other Checks: Both require occasional checks of drainage holes and weatherstripping/seals for wear and tear.
Specific Considerations:
uPVC: No special cleaning steps beyond the regular routine.
Aluminium: This may require a white vinegar solution for stubborn dirt, adding an extra step. Waxing for additional protection is optional and requires research for compatibility.
