Excellent

Sarah Mitchell Homeowner

The new composite door has completely changed the front of our house. It feels much more secure than our old door, and the finish looks even better in person. The whole process was straightforward from choosing the style to installation.

James Carter Property Owner

We wanted something that looked traditional but still gave us better security and insulation. The composite door was exactly what we were after. It closes solidly, keeps the draughts out, and really suits the property.

Emma Richardson Homeowner

Really pleased with the quality of the door. There were plenty of colours and styles to choose from, and we never felt rushed into making a decision. The installers were tidy, friendly, and finished everything properly.

Daniel Hughes Landlord

Our old front door used to let in cold air during winter, so the difference has been noticeable straight away. The new composite door feels strong, looks smart, and has made the entrance feel much more welcoming.

Rachel Thompson Interior Designer

I was quite particular about the colour and glazing because I wanted the door to match the rest of the house. Everything turned out exactly as I had hoped. It looks great and feels very secure.

Michael Bennett Property Developer

We had a composite door fitted as part of renovating our property and it has been one of the best finishing touches. The quality feels excellent, the installation was neat, and we’ve already had neighbours asking where we got it from.

Our Composite Door Rebate Options

Our composite doors come in two formats but the principles behind each remain the same. Whether you choose the 70mm thick, double rebate 70mm or the ingenuity of the 44mm thick single rebate both perform exceptionally well in terms of energy efficiency, security and appearance. FAQ’s

A composite door can usually be identified by its multi-layer construction, solid feel, insulated core, and GRP or similar outer skin.

Composite doors typically last 20 to 30 years or more, depending on the quality of materials and installation.

Yes, composite doors are designed to be highly water-resistant and weatherproof, but it is more accurate to call them weatherproof rather than completely waterproof.

A properly installed composite door should not leak during normal rain. If water is getting through, the problem is usually with the seals, threshold, drainage, alignment, or installation, rather than the composite door material itself.

Yes. Strong sunlight and heat can affect composite doors, although a good-quality door is designed to limit the impact.

composite doors are better than traditional timber doors for insulation, weather resistance, security, and maintenance, while wood is usually better if the priority is a natural material and traditional appearance.

Composite doors can split or crack, but it is not normal for a good-quality door that has been correctly made and installed.

Composite doors are not usually noisy. Their dense, multi-layer construction generally makes them quieter than lightweight hollow doors.

Composite doors do not usually scratch easily, but the outer surface can still be marked by sharp objects, keys, pet claws, tools, or abrasive cleaning products.

A standard composite door installation usually takes about 3 to 5 hours for one experienced installer.

Composite doors can fade slightly over time, but good-quality doors are designed to resist UV damage much better than painted timber doors.

Yes. Composite doors are generally very energy efficient because they use a dense insulated core, tight weather seals, and multi-layer construction to reduce heat loss.
